Cooking has always been a passion of ours. Consequence and assumption of this vocation is the pursuit of genuine and organic ingredients. We only serve top quality ingredients, mostly organic produce grown and reared on our grounds: romanesche zucchini, purple eggplants, green peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, black kale (from our organic vegetable gardens), cabbage, chickens and rabbits. We never stop researching and creating with the best organic ingredients our land offers, having a special regard for products such as cheese, lamb and sausages. The food is prepared directly in our premises.
The range of tasteful, fresh home-made pasta includes fettuccine, chitarrine, ravioli with filling (ricotta cheese and spinach, potato and soft cheese), baked pasta. The main courses include chicken cacciatore, stuffed quail, lamb chops, oven roasted sausages.
And to keep the best for last, the dessert selection: pastires, chocolate and ricotta cheese tarts, puff pastry cakes. Our culinary creations respect the traditions and the flavors of Roman and Abruzzo's cooking, offering you succulent dishes such as fettuccine with Abbruzzese meat sauce or wild boar, oxtail, tripe, and Roman style artichokes. Below you'll find our typical menus, which are subject to variation depending on season and availability of products.
